  •  Mindful Movement: You don't have to be flexible to do yoga, that is a benefit you receive after you have said YES to the journey. We believe that whatever you put into your practice, is what you are going to get out of it.
  • Awareness and Healing: Learn how to bring awareness to the areas of your life you have grown numb to. We root our intention through breath work and meditation throughout our practice to stay grounded and invite healing.

Yoga Trapeze
Finding Living Divina Yoga Studio has been a true blessing. It is my peace in balancing the craziness of life. This studio is much more than Yoga. It allows me to self reflect on myself as a person and constantly helps me to reevaluate living my life being the best person I can be and navigating difficult times with Grace. Jessica Mitchell constantly ensures that she is offering the best services and is always soliciting the feedback of her participants. I can't say enough about this place!
~Michele Brucher {Local Teacher and Lover of Life}
For an amazing yoga experience, there is hardly a more luxe or charming studio than Living Divina! The reception area is a little oasis of luxury and the practice area seems to be engineered for class sizes using the Goldilocks principle; not too small, not too large-just the right! The space coupled with the Living Divina instructors, led by the extraordinarily skilled and dynamic owner, Jessica Mitchell, immediately put me at peace with the world. I love that Living Divina offers a wide range of classes from restorative and gentle flow to vinyasa and trapeze. YOGA FOR EVERYONE! Regardless of body type or fitness level, there is a class for any yogi and all classes are taught by well-trained and committed instructors, who are always there well before the arrival of any students. Clean, clean, clean- The props (blocks, straps, blankets, etc.) are kept amazingly clean and well organized! And, Living Divina has very clean and well-kept multi-stall bathrooms located outside of the practice area. When giving myself the gift of time, I love spending the time in a class at Living Divina!

What is Holy Yoga?
Holy Yoga is the intentional practice of connecting our entire being, body, mind and spirit with God: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. With complete reliance on God’s Word and prayer, Holy Yoga invites us to surrender and introduces us to Grace. When we breathe and move and have our being in Christ, we find ourselves in the flow of His magnificence. There is often a misunderstanding that yoga is a religion; it is not.

Yoga is a spiritual discipline, much like prayer, fasting and meditation. This practice has the capacity to enhance our personal beliefs and faith. Holy Yoga embraces the essential elements of yoga: breath work, meditation and physical postures. In all of these elements, Christ is the focus of our intention and worship.
